Smoking Is A Difficult habit To Quit – Without Help

Everyone (just about) knows how harmful smoking is to our health – so why do it?

Easy because once you’ve started it’s very difficult to quit. Some studies suggest that certain people are more likely to become addicted than others and some people will find it more difficult to quit than others.

Which people fall into which category is difficult to say – what is easy to say is that without some form of assistance most people struggle to break free from the habit. It’s not a weakness of a particular person, it’s the nature of the drugs which make up each cigarette, cigar, pipe etc.

There are many reasons for someone to start smoking – peer pressure, it’s cool, family history, just wanted to try it – and many more. The vast majority of these people became addicted in their teen, when they are at their most susceptible, and most of those didn’t expect to become addicted.

If you are a non smoker, then stay a non smoker – if you are addicted, and you want to become a non smoker go to http://www.mindandbodyhealthmatters.com.au/stop-smoking-hypnosis.html
